The registration fee for attending the two-day Good Cleaning Validation Practices Seminar (May 12-13, 2015) is $400. THAT IS NOT AN ERROR. 2015 is my 15th year as an independent consultant, and this is my gift to the industry. The fee includes the two-day program, all instructional materials, continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches. Early registration is encouraged, as the conference will be limited to the 50 people in the interest of encouraging discussion and group interaction. At this rate, there are no discounts for early registration or for multiple attendees from the same company. Furthermore, no more than three attendees from the same facility may register.
Once you complete the registration form, you will be sent an invoice by email which can be paid online using a credit card. Registration fees are payable only in U.S. dollars. At completion of online payment, you can print an online receipt. Payment is due with 5 business days of receipt of the invoice; otherwise your name will be removed from the registration list.
Once the credit card payment is received, you will then receive a faxed or emailed confirmation within 5 business days.
Substitutions: Allowed any time prior to the program.
Cancellations & Refunds: There will be no refunds unless the seminar is cancelled.
