Good Cleaning Validation Practices
Registration Information
The registration fee for attending the two-day Good Cleaning Validation Practices Seminar (September 26-27, 2011) is
$1,900. The fee includes the two-day program, all instructional materials, breaks, and lunches. Early registration is encouraged, as the conference will be
limited to 25 people in the interest of encouraging discussion and group interaction. A discount of $300 off the registration fee is available for
early registration (prior to August 12, 2011). A further discount of $100 per person is available for 2 or more persons from the same company
registering and paying at the same time. You will receive a faxed or emailed confirmation within 5 business days of receipt of your registration. Registration fees are payable in U.S. dollars by check or by credit card.
Substitutions: Allowed anytime prior to the program.
Cancellations & Refunds: Full refund if written notice is received by
August 12, 2011. There will be no refunds for cancellations after
August 12, 2011; however, those funds may be applied to future seminars.
