Good Cleaning Validation Practices

Registration Information

The registration fee for attending the two-day Good Cleaning Validation Practices Seminar (14-15 October) is $1,900. The fee includes the two-day program, all instructional materials, breaks, lunches, and a reception Wednesday evening.  Early registration is encouraged, as the conference will be limited to 30 people in the interest of encouraging discussion and group interaction. A discount of $250 off the registration fee is available for early registration (prior to 23 August 2008). A further discount of $100 per person is available for 2 or more persons from the same company registering and paying at the same time.  You will receive a faxed confirmation within 5 business days of receipt of your registration. Registration fees are payable in U.S. dollars by check or by credit card.

Substitutions:  Allowed anytime prior to the program.

Cancellations & Refunds:  Full refund if written notice is received by 10 August 2008.  A $250 administrative fee is charged for written cancellations received after 10 August 2008 and before 23 August 2008.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after 23 August 2008.
