I will generally answer simple questions that require a factual answer of no more than a few sentences. If the question involves a judgment call about a specific practice (particularly an issue where the answer may depend on details of your specific circumstances), I may decline to answer. Repeated questions from the same person or same company also will probably not be answered. If you need answers/discussion of topics on an ongoing basis, a simple retainer can be set up to utilize my services on a fee basis.
